Features description:
1)Stainless steel plates, welded by argon arc. Water is pure and drinkable
2) Heat insulation of water tanks adopts polyurethane foam and the thickness is 55mm
3) Silicon rings to connect and seal them
4) The tubes and supports are adjustable. The power bearing is average and can assure the vacuum tubes to use for a long time
5) Whole glass vacuum tubes adopt super hard borax and silica glass
6) Absorption rate: =93%, thermal radiation rate: =6%
7) It resists 25mm hail and the using life can last 15 years
8) Temperature when exposed to sun without water: 250oC, 2.5 hours to boiling point if using single tube

Vacuum tube: Hail-resisting borosilicate glass with high-tech selective coating ensures an efficient solar collecting, tri-target vacuum tube with its patent interference coating makes the efficiency not only improved by 12% but also with a high temperature resistantce (380oC).
Inner water tank: Food-grade stainless steel SUS304-2B as inner tank keeps the water clean and drinkable, together with advanced welding technics to ensure it with a long lifespan (15 years).
Water tank shell: Stainless steel same with inner water tank as outer shell is much more durable and super in anti-erosion aspect, much more durable even to ocean coast weather.
Insulation Layer: Germany-imported polyurethane integrated foam-forming with twice slaking treatment, preserves hot water constantly as long as 70~80 hours.
Supporting Bracket: Stainless steel plate with a good weight bearing and high wind resistance design (140 km/hr), super mechanical performance and corrosion resistance ensures a long life to ocean coast, easy installation, universal bracket suitable for either flat or slope roof installation.

Non pressure solar water heater whose full name is directly inserting type full glass vaccum tube solar water heater,can't bear pressure due to the O-ring seal between vaccum tube and water tank. It is the most economical type of solar systems for hot water application.This solar water heater should be used in the non pressure situation, and it relies on the natural circulation of water between the tube and the tank. There are inlet/outlet pipe and overflow pipe under the tank. If the tank is filled with water,the water will flow through the overflow pipe and warming messege is sent, also, the water feeding valve needs to be turned off. When using this product, the hot water will flow through the inlet/outlet pipe because of the gravity effect, and at this time, the overflow pipe is mainly used to supply air. There is water in the vaccum tube, thus the water inthe tank will spill out under the condition that one tube is broken. In addition, electric heater can be installed to guarantee the hot water supply when it is rainy or cloudy.
