Heat pipe Solar Collector Features:

Our heat pipe solar collectors have widly tested in Swizerland SPF lab. And certified with Solar Keymark and SRCC.
The heat pipe solar collector consists of mainly heat pipe vacuum tubes, pressurized manifold, suppoting bracket.

1) Solar heat pipe and its inner antifreezing midium for solar thermal absorbing and transmission, with a quick start and heat transmission and exchange

2) The direct-flow copper header is pressurized with its inner mechanically closed, no water or medium goes through glass tubes, no freeze to break glass tubes, able to serve in extremely cold weather

3) Heat pipe tip is inserted into a closed copper cannula which is welded into the copper header, withdrawal one or several tubes will not drain the whole system

4) Aluminum alloy as bracket with super performance in chemical resistance, universal bracket suitable for slope and flat roof and wall installation

5) Modularized collector, arbitrary combination with any architectural structure, adaptable to either slope roof or flat ground or upright walls, almost maintenance free collector
