Heat Pipe Vacuum Tube: Tri-target glass tube and heat pipe and its inner medium together makes an efficient solar collecting and heat exchange, efficiency generated about 55% in summer and 42% in winter more than that of all-glass vacuum tube.
Inner water tank: Thickened food-grade SUS304-2B stainless steel as storage tank keeps the water clean and drinkable, advanced automatic argon-arc welding technics ensures a very long lifespan (more than 15 years)
Water tank shell: Imported color steel plate or ocarbon plate (PVDF), more durable and appealing with outer special coating, and survives long (over 10 years) to ocean coast envirionment.
Insulation Layer: Germany-imported polyurethane integrated foam-forming with twice slaking treatment, preserves hot water constantly as long as 70~80 hours
Supporting Bracket: Galvanized steel plate, outer power coating or pain baking process, good weight bearing and wind resistance design (140 km/hr), super mechanical performance and corrosion resistance ensures a long life to acid rain, easy installation, universal bracket suitable for either flat or slope roof installation

Working Principle of Staniless Steel Solar Water Heater with Heat pipe
Heat pipe vacuum tube is adopted in this system as solar collecting device which is of the most efficient, the heat pipe tip is plugged into the copper cannula which is welded into water tank with the end closed to prevent contamination of water, no water will go through vacuum tube but be heated by heat pipe tip through cannula, so it is possible to remove the vacuum tubes and heat pipes without draining the system.
At the same time the water tank itself is pressurized so that it could be connected directly with tap water, which makes your daily using of hot water much more comfortable.
